Our business was established in October 2008 in the basement of our home. Because our home is located on the side of a mountain, we decided that Mountainside Craft was a fitting name. Kim works the business full-time, while Tim has a full-time job in addition to his Mountainside Craft duties.

We started selling our walking sticks in October 2008 with a trip to local Alabama state parks and other businesses in our area. In 2009 we decided to branch out a bit with a trip to Missouri and Arkansas. For 2010, we decided it was time to offer our walking sticks online.

In keeping with the family operated business tradition, Tim’s father, Harold, designed and built our walking stick displays. We sell these displays as well as supply them to our dealers.

We really enjoy this business and the wonderful people we have met along the way. We are very proud of our walking sticks and enjoy showing them off. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
